Goodmorning ladies and gentlemen!! Hope you are having an amazing day. Today if god wills am going for a healthy shopping by my own budget . . . What I am looking for is:
1. Fulling, fulling, fulling and fulling food
2. So much high in protein as I see you guys eating a lot high protein food (we don't have bars here)
3. Like.. not that expensive
Is the macros percentage setting by MFP is beneficial, and what if I did not hit my protein and what if my carbs are cake, banana, cereals etc...

You should be looking for nutritious foods, not filling foods. Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, beans and grains, nuts and seeds, dairy, fats and oils, are nutritious foods. Cake and cereals (cheerios, coco puffs etc) are not so nutritious, so it's best to not let that be a main part of your diet, but you can eat some of that now and then.
You don't have to look for foods high in protein. Lots of foods have protein that adds up. Protein bars are not necessary.
If you go for ordinary - often traditional - foods, not "health foods", organic, fancy "foods" in colorful wrappings - compose balanced meals, and cook using real recipes, it will be nutritious and cheap.1 -

I need filling cause I cannot stand being hungry cause my head will struck a headache as hunger sink in Ok hmmmmm like what dairy? And fats?0 -

Hunger sets in when we need food. Good food will make hunger go away. Then it comes back when we need to eat again. If you eat too little and/or poorly, you will constantly be a bit hungry and get headaches. Good nutrition is not just about filling up your stomach.
Dairy is food made from milk - milk, yogurt, cheese (and butter). You can get fat from meat and fish and eggs, but it's usually referred to in the form of plant oils (olive, sesame, rapeseed, sunflower seeds and many more) and butter.

Eat nuts any way you want. You can for instance eat nuts on top of yogurt, or as nut butter with fruit, or a small amount as a snack. Remember to weigh it, and log that weight, because nuts are energy dense.

Don't think about not eating cake every day as sad! Think of it as something that you look forward to and is extra good because you don't eat it every day. If you eat it every day, it will just be ordinary, and it's not healthy - meaning - you won't get all the nutrition you need, and that is what's making you hungry and headachy.

It's best if it's plain (no added flavor/sugar), then you can add whatever YOU like - for instance, nuts, seeds, honey (yes, you can eat a little honey - you don't have to use as much as the manufacturers of sweetened yogurt use, and still make it tasty), fruit, berries.1 -

That's wonderful. Fat is good for you. It will keep you fuller for longer. Just log it so you know that you are getting in the right amount of calories every day.1 -

I would choose either yogurt with topping, or porridge with topping (a little butter is great on porridge, and many people like peanut butter mixed in). And some fresh fruit if that isn't part of the topping. And some vegetables, raw or cooked - salad, or leftovers from dinner, or just a raw carrot or piece of cucumber.1 -
