Hi there, I'm considering myself new because I've only made it a week or so in the past before messing up and throwing in the towel. This time, I'm in it for the long haul no matter how many times I fall off of the wagon.

I've just started Crossfit but I don't see it as an option for adding exercise. What do you other Crossfit people do to add it into the app?

Try wearing a heart rate monitor linked to an app like polar beat, so you can count the calories for your own sessions and "Create an Exercise" on MFP. Worked for me with S90 exercises - the app gives a graph of your effort which helps with motivation!

I'm wondering the same. How to track Crossfit calories. Pretty hard to do on here

Yes, the calories burned vary so much in CF. I do what was mentioned above with a heartrate monitor. I have the Fitbit Charge HR.
When the class starts I press and hold the button on my Fitbit and then press it again when class is over. It will show a summary of your workout and add an entry in the Fitbit app on your phone in the X of 5 Days Active page. I haven't figured out how to sync MFP so I just type in a new workout and under STRENGTH and enter the calories under REPS or SETS so it doesn't remove my Fitbit auto entry in MFP. Hope this wasn't too confusing. And congrats on getting back to it!

i use a vintage Timex HRM and track my crossfit WODs. So far I get 450-600 cals burned per workout. That's about 10/min.
