Help with no veggies?

I have Crohn's Disease, which means there are a lot of things I *can't* eat. For me, dairy and fiber are a huge problem. That pretty much limits me all things dairy and veggie. I also can't do high acid or most seasonings outside of garlic powder, salt, and onion powder.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to stay healthy without accidently killing myself?

um....wow. That's tough can you go see a registered dietician who can make suggestions? I'm thinking with your limitations you might need professional help for balanced nutrition.

I have Crohn's Disease as well, and can't eat raw veggies, but do well with cooked leafy greens and low starch vegetables. I am on an Autoimmune Protocol diet, which helps monitor not only food, but stress management and sleep as well. Everyone is different though, and based on your post, It sounds like you could benefit from a FODMAP diet. I would strongly suggest meeting with a dietician who is knowledgable.
