Hello. This is new to me - using technology to lose weight. Losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight, gaining weight has been my life. Each time I gained the weight back, more pounds were added than I weighed before dieting. I'm afraid there will be a next time when I weigh even more.

Hi there, I'm 60 in a few months time and have gone from 172 lbs to 138 lbs with the help of this excellent app. It's taken me 2 years but, it does work, as long as you weigh your food and stick within the calorie allowance that MFP allocates to you. Good luck!

I hope you find MFP useful :)
This website and community were vital for me staying on track. I too was once stuck in the 'lose weight, gain more' cycle but you CAN get out of it. Best of luck.
