I weigh 98kg ...my calories per day is 1200 so when i hit the gym i try to burn 850 calories. ...should i still eat 1200?

If your goal is 1200 and you burn an additional 850 through exercise, then you could eat more like 2000 calories (assuming that your calorie in/calories burned estimates are all accurate).0

I would question the 850 calories that you're burning at the gym, as this seems really high.
How did you come to the conclusion that you're burning 850? What form of exercise are you doing?

Well i go to the gym twise a day doing just cardio... elipticle for an hour in the morning ... then eve jog and walk on treadmill1

My first question is why are you only eating 1200 cals/day at 98kg (216lbs)? You should be eating more than that.
Your calories burned could be accurate since you're exercising that much, but I'd stay safe and assume that you're only burning about half that and eat those calories back.
I don't know your height, but based on the average height of a woman at your age, you should be consuming somewhere around 1600+ calories/day for an aggressive cut (even more calories for a moderate cut).1
