Starting the week off strong with NSVs

I have had a couple NSVs so far this week and I just wanted to share them with you all.
First, on Monday, I was searching my closet to find something to wear for work and I came across a pair of pants I have not worn for a few years. I tried them on and they fit! Not only did they fit, but they fit comfortably (not the squeeze into them to make them fit kind of fit). I was particularly excited about this because this is the first pair of pants that I have worn in the past few years that has not had a "W" behind the size. Super excited!
My second NSV was just this morning on my commute to work. I caught myself thinking about what type of workout I was going to do over my lunch break and I was actually looking forward to it. This may not seem like a big deal, but I have never been the kind of person to enjoy working out. It has always felt like a chore or something I dread and do just because I know I have to. I believe my feelings about exercise are beginning to change and I see this as being an important shift to help me be successful in meeting my health goals.
Thanks for reading and best wishes!
