Does anyone have any good pumpkin flavored protein shake recipes? I found one and tries it out & it's not bad but doesn't taste like pumpkin.

I looked at that recipe. The macros aren't accurate. I haven't done the math, but I would figure out the macros and calculate the calories so you know what you are getting. It does look yummy.

For my pumpkin smoothie I normally use 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 250ml almond milk, 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, a good sprinkle of pumpkin spices (or ginger/cinnamon/nutmeg) and then blend it together. I sometimes add 15g of almond butter if I need some extra fat to meet my macros and it tastes great, you can also add a little frozen banana for sweetness but definitely up the amount of pumpkin if you do, to keep the balance right :)

For my pumpkin protein smoothie I use 1 Chobani pumpkin spice yogurt, 1 banana, 8-12 oz milk of your choice, and a few ice cubes.

This tastes just like a pumpkin pie milkshake.

    1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
    1/2 cup pumpkin purée
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-4 packets of stevia or Splenda
    1/2 cup water
    5-10 ice cubes

Put it all in a blender and then enjoy!
