A Change that would make my brother Proud

On March 14th this year my life changed forever !

While sat at work on the last 30mins stretch of a 12hr shift (7:30pm) I received a call from my mother saying my older brother (who lived at home since an operation left him with chronic pain) had collapsed and she asked what she should do (I work as a medical receptionist).

By 9pm that night I'd lost my big brother - there was only 1 year 2 months and 1 day between us. He would always say I came to soon.... :)

So back in June 2014 I stared my first adventure of Eating right and working out. I started that time at 128.8kg and managed at my lowest in August 2015 to be 87.4 kg (after time out injured - ripped my bilateral ligaments in my left ankle)

Since September 2015 and February 2016 I slowly started to gain weight again, as I was not eating right, not keeping up with my exercise and partying with my friends to much. After my brothers passing I lost total focus on anything, I didn't care. I drank more than I should, I eat all the wrong things.

I gave up......

Back at the beginning of the summer holiday I was working with a GP who I had not see since losing all my weight and let just say she was big into eating right and working out, she always cycled to work even in the rain..... So when she went home on 1st of September I made her a promise to try and lost at least a 6.3kg (I'm aiming for 13kg) by 13th of December when she returned to work for us again.

My goal is, that by what would have been my brother 33rd birthday (22nd March 2018) 18months time I'm at my target weight of 57kg which would mean a loss of 71.8kg.

any help and guidance alone my adventure would be appreciated

Feel free to add me :)
