Today I learned that sprouted brown rice has more bio-available nutrients than non-sprouted brown rice. I also learned that it takes several days of attentive labor to make brown rice sprout, and I learned that sprouted brown rice is both available and very costly.
Does anyone have any experience with this food that you care to share with us?

The instructions for making brown rice sprout indicate that at the first appearance of sprouting we must cook it or dehydrate it for storage. To delay allows the sprouting to go farther and spoil the taste.0
