One Pound to Go

I have 1 pound to go to reach my goal weight.

I am at a plateau, Any help for me?

I eat around 1150 calories a day, I can only walk about 30 mins a day.
Health issues, bad knees and bad hip.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • I would evulate your water intake and number of hours you sleep. I usually carry a gallon of water with me and a resuable water bottle as aid in making sure i get enough water.

    1lb? WOW great job! but you have likely already lost it and are just fluctuating in weight from water retention (like most women) and don't realize it. everyone will fluctuate at least 1-4lbs with water retention for any number of reasons. don't sweat the last lb you did GREAT!!!

    I drink 8-10 Glasses of Water a day.
    My sodium content is about 1500-1700, so within my limits.

    Just want to lose this one more pound and then I will be happy with myself
    I have lost 3 inches around my waist, need 2 more inches to go

    But that should come off with my Ab Exercises, I Hope
