I also eat it with yogurt when there is a lot of rice left, especially nice for breakfast. I love how versatile it is, I can basically mix it with anything sweet or savory. We eat rice often, so we always have leftovers. 2 days ago I just used some plain cooked rice and mixed in some canned tuna, sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil, a bit of hot sauce, pressed garlic, salt and pepper, tarragon and capers. Took less than a couple of minutes to make and left me full for the day. I don't understand the hate for rice, especially white rice. It's a staple in many generally thin cultures and you can throw anything with it to make a meal even if it's just random stuff like I did above, make it as quick or as elaborate as you wish.
Yogurt with sugar?
No, plain yogurt. I like my yogurt savory. You could do sweet yogurt for a mock rice pudding if you wish.1 -

So like 6oz of yogurt to 1 cup white rice?
It's up to you. I do 100 grams of yogurt per 150 grams of rice. Mix together a tiny amount of each first to see if you like it. Some people don't like the texture, but I love it.1 -

What do you mean by "servings"? One serving is the amount of anything you should eat in one meal.
Also bear in mind that the recommended healthy food plate should be half vegetables or fruits, quarter meat, and quarter starch (such as your rice).1 -
Why not just brown rice? Wild rice is good too mmm0
