Trying to get pregnant

Hey everyone so I'm just getting started today. I'm just to start a family and my doctor has recommended losing 10% of my body mass. It's a bit over whelming I have tried this in the past and failed. If you have any tips on how you have made this successful for you I'd appreciate them.

Eat healthy be active, Not necessarily to do any hard exercise. You can just enjoy your music and dance for example that will burn lot of calories. In short do any hoppy that has activities the most including swimming etc. Good luck1
