Hi,
I thought I would introduce myself. I'm looking forward to getting close to the figure I had in high school. I'm going to work hard to get down to it and getting back to the way I ate back in high school. Over the decades, I've gained more than 80 lbs. I have a decently hard job as a massage therapist and tired of not having much energy after 3 massages in 1 day. I do a fair bit of walking and doing my martial arts and have 1 day a week doing outcalls which my massage table is about 40 lbs. I'm frequently carrying the table from my studio to client's homes to my own apartment to do a massage on my spouse. I've even got a pedometer with my phone, so keeping an eye of how much walking I'm doing in a day. Anyways, I'm excited to start this program.
