Hey all been on here for nearly a month now and finding it fab so just to say to newbies or oldies of MFP feel free to add me I am on everyday well try to be .
I am in middle of 30ds started level 2 today and go to gym and walk loads . I am kinda watching what I eat but mainly just seeing how exercise added to normal eating habits helps me out as want something easy to maintain even when I hit my goals :smile:
