Hi, i have been doing MFP now for several months and was losing 1-2 pounds a week, recently it had slowed up so now i have increased my exercise activity. I now swim twice a week and go to a bootcamp 3 times a week which is approx 45 minutes of HIIT (running, press up, squats etc), i really don't know how many calories i should be eating in order to boost my weight loss now. I am on 1400 but think maybe i am not eating enough? i am 208 pounds and really struggle with knowing wether to eat more or less all the time x

When you entered all of your personal stats in MFP and entered in the amount of weight loss you wish to lose each week, what did this give you?

You are supposed to eat the calorie deficit MFP gives you (daily number of calories to lose weight) and actually eat back a portion of your exercise...

There is no boosting weight loss. You simply have to follow the MFP method _ exercise and do this for a min of 3 -4 weeks. Start trending your weight loss once you have been consistent the process.
