So I'm trying to brainstorm exercise ideas that don't all involve the gym for my schedule.

I have an idea of my structure and warm up plans. However when it comes to main event exercises, I'm pretty stumped.
I like to divide my weeks up between speed and endurance.
MWF are my cardio days
T&T are strength days divided by upper body and lower body
Cardio already on my list:
Volleyball
Yoga
MMA
5k/10k running
Mile
suicide sprints
swimming laps
hiking
rock climbing
obstacle courses
Strength:
weight training
rockies
dips
pull ups
diamond pushups
russian twists v ups
burpies

if you have any other ideas please tell so I can vary the list.

    To cardio, I can add:
    -- inline skating
    -- brisk walking
    -- rope jumping
-- building a collection of exercise videos that focus on cardio

    To Strength:
-- building a collection of exercise videos that focus on strength

    Unknown:
-- Hula hooping (cardio? or core strength?)
