P.M.T Cravings

Hi Ladies please tell me I'm not the only one that has REALLY Bad cravings for every unhealthy fattening food for a whole week before I have my Period! Drives me crazy!!

What do other ladies do about this?

    Brownies. For real. I'm about to make some right now for this very reason. ;)
    In all seriousness though, either work some kind of treat into your calories for the day/week or run a smaller deficit that week. Periods happen regularly so I feel I have to find a way to manage them that doesn't make me sad about deprivation at a time when I might be more emotional than usual. So, for me? Brownies.

    I get them I just try to work them into my calorie goal. Luckily I lean towards salty foods, and I can always go with a 100 calorie bag of buttered microwave popcorn to take care of that (or on weekends I will usually go with potato chips because I tend to have more calories free on the weekend because I sleep in so late my breakfast falls at lunch time).

    YES !!! argh. I have a day where I want something sweet ( I don't have much of a sweet tooth) and then I want all the savory salty things.
