Somehow I was at 192 lbs from 179 in just 2 months then I loss n was at 181 lbs ..again in just 3 weeks I am at 187 ..I feel like something wrong going on with my body ..
Before I was not doing any weight lifting but I started since 2 weeks tho

Please help what should I do ..

    What is the question? What are you trying to achieve?

    It sounds like you enter a calorie deficit and then return to "normal" eating habits. You need to calculate your new maintenance calories and stick to it.
