started at 230lbs in January...my lowest was 199 in July. Then vacation came. I gained about 6lbs and yo-yo'd with that same 6lbs the rest of July and all of August. Finally back on track with my diet and exercise and just weighed in at 199 again!!! So happy to be back in a "losing" pattern. Next goal is 195!!!
The biggest thing I have learned this time is to not give up. The old me would have said "forget it" the minute I saw a gain on the scale. The new me knows that this is my life and there may be a week (weeks even) I don't do that great and I gain...but the key is to not give up and just get back on track!
