So. Every post you have made so far is regarding one "diet" or another. LA Weightloss, WeightWatchers, now PIYO. You say in another thread:
I always find myself trying the latest fad diet and then always gaining it all back! This time it is all about counting calories

...here's an idea. Try counting calories! You're on a calorie-counting app/website. It works. Find your food, log it, learn from your food diary. One day at a time.

    10000 awesomes here.

Have you tried the "no fad diets" diet? Maybe? Give it a shot. Just be like, "Hey! Imma just eat stuff in reasonable quantities as a lifestyle change!" These diets are designed to sell books, shakes, pills, then accompanying cookbooks. You lose weight in your wallet basically.
  • Okay. I searched this thing. Aside from all the math that seems to be involved it does this thing where they shove each category under one big calorie umbrella. For example, a serving of vegetables is said to be 45 calories. Well not all vegetables have the same calories. It also seems to have Shakeology in there. So yeah. It's been created to sell a product basically.
