Crock pot (vegetarian) meals

I just bought a crock pot for the Fall and I am super excited! I am looking for good vegetarian meals that people like, that I can potentially add meat to for my BF.

Really want to hear your fave tried and true crock pot dinners/soups/desserts/anything. :smile:

    There's a forum here for recipes, you might have good luck there; you can also use search function here & that would help you find recipes you're interested in.
