Hi! my names Sara and I am a freshman in college so i'm hoping to combat the freshman fifteen while shedding a few pounds along the way. I was very involved in high school and it's weird (& dangerous) to have so much free time and freedom to pick what i eat and what i do. i'm hoping this will keep me on track! feel free to message me at anytime

    Hi Sara....good way to be proactive. You can do it and this is a good place to keep in check, learn new things regarding health and fitness, and be among like minded people!
