Rockin the Keto diet!

Hello, I have dabbled with MyFitness Pal in the past but I really want to get serious and start utilizing this great app to its full potential! I have been on a Keto diet for the past three weeks and am absolutely loving it. I am rarely ever hungry and the food is super good!!! I mean come on ... a diet where you can eat cheese all the time!
Well that was the mentality I have had for the past couple of weeks, mainly just to make the transition and new habits easier. Now that I am familiar with the diet and not having so many cravings I'm ready to clean it up and start really getting this ball rolling!
