wanting to meet people here, and in real life

Hi -- I just joined. I am currently living in San Francisco. Would like to meet up with some people IRL... but it is nice to meet people here.
Weight issues I struggle with are large fluctuations. I lose weight quickly, but gain weight quickly, too. Stress leads to a double whammy for me of making me hold back from exercise, and lack of exercise makes me crave too much yummy foods. I rapidly gained weight when I started working after undergrad... rapidly lost it (about 100lbs). I was at a weight I was happy about before I decided to go back to school... but then gained probably 40lbs over 4 years due to the intensity of the program. I had a terrible marriage (and did two intense years of work) where I gained about another 60lbs over 2 years... and I lost 40lbs within 4 months of getting out of the relationship, moving out of a toxic workplace, and changing my eating and exercise routine. I fell into a funk as I tried to stabilize moving into a new city / new job / not knowing anybody / dealing with the aftermath of a divorce (gained 15lbs back). A year later, I am now doing great at work, have buddies, and enjoy the city, and I back on a trend of losing weight again.
My max weight was 317. I am now down to 275. My goal is 190.
