So after 1 month of basic strength training 3 days a week. And meeting and mostly crushing my calorie goal I have dropped down 10lbs. My old clothes are now fitting. With very little more to go to be where I was 2 years ago. However most importantly I've got my agility back. And I'm no longer sluggish or fatigued from just doing my daily activities. Now I'm looking for help with better meal options that will give me proper nutrition and energy at the right times of the day. And also great substitutes for snacks.
