What will you today?*

The difference between who you are today and want you want to do ...depends on what You do!!! Its not what someone else will do for you but yourself !! So what will you do today this day to get you closer to who you want to become .perhaps its to become the best version of yourself .. That's my goal foreal to be and do better than yesterday! Don't leave anything behind give your all you owe it to yourself to give it 100% nutritionally physically mentally.. Leave zero in the tank at the end of the day !!     Kick butt at work, eat my calories, take care of my home life. Most importantly not give in to feeling tired and lazy even if that's how I feel.

    Get on the treadmill to assist in rehabilitation post broken ankle (3 places). Right now it is hurting like $#%#! BUT, I have to push through o:)
