Let's do this again!

So almost two years ago today, I was 130 pounds and I LOVED my body. I was so happy with my skinny tummy and thighs that I didn't feel like sloshed every where with each step. In January of 2015, I met the love of my life and he was quick to tell me he wouldn't mind if I gained a little weight. (But loved me either way of course!) A bit of a chubby chaser, he is. So with that in mind, I thought, "Hey, what the hell, my man will love me either way so let me eat this entire bag of doritos!"
Now I'm 150 pounds and I really don't enjoy it. Even if he does, I'm losing this fat ASAP! My stomach feels flabby, I always have to suck in my tummy, my thighs feel gigantic, and my face is rounding out again. My clothes are also getting tight and if I don't start soon, I may have to say bye-bye to "Size 4" which I've always been proud of.
I've lost weight plenty of times and it seems like if I can stick to it for more than two weeks, it'll stick long-term. My diets usually last 4-8 months when successful and I usually lose 10-15 pounds during them. I'm aiming to get down to 135 as my immediate goal, but I'd like to see 125 one day, as it's always been my "fantasy weight".
My diet is "low cal, no frills," which essentially means I eat anything I want, just in small amounts. I do not like "health foods" and you will never see me chomping on carrots as a snack or eating whole grain, high fiber cereal with soy milk and a side of cranberries. I've always been able to continue to eat the foods I actually enjoy, but in much smaller amounts, and it's always been effective. If I'm already to having to exhibit so much self control to watch my calories, why make a diet worse and eat foods I truly don't enjoy? It'll only make the long term goal of "losing weight" that much more difficult.

I've never done the diet thing before myself, but it seems required for me finally, so I can understand your motivation a bit.
Good luck with everything, and I hope you can make your weight to 125!1 -
