Hi everyone! I'm in need of accountability and hoping to do a 30day push up challenge. I know it's mid month, but I'm NOT going to wait around until the 1st of October to start.
The challenge is 100 push ups a day for 30days. Do them all at once or break them up into groups as long as you do 100 within the day! You can do it off your knees, off your toes, one handed, or even with a clap. That way no matter how fit you are you can join me and we can help motivate each other.
I am starting today 17th of October(AUS).

I did 100 pushups/day for 25 days in Aug as part of a 2500 pushup challenge (could have done 3000 but 2500 was all that was reqd).
Am currently doing 50 dips and 50 pushups per day for Sep (total 1500 each). May go back to 100 pushups/day in Oct but break them up into in different styles - like plank, decline, incline, etc.
Definitely hard to keep doing 100 pushups day day-in and day-out for a month in any form. Takes time and perserverance.
