I had my wonderful son on September 10th and now I am ready to start my new fitness journey as a mom of 2!
I would love for any SAHMs to add me and we can motivate eachother!

As you are 6 days post partum, you really need to relax. Your body is still healing and if you are breastfeeding you really shouldn't cut calories until your milk is established. Not trying to shake my finger at you or anything, but for your well being you should really wait until your 6 week follow up to really exercise. I know it's easy to fall into the idea of losing the baby weight as fast as possible, but there is a time for that and a time to relax a bit.0
