Repetitive user, regular runner, rare weight loss. My name is Nathan and I am getting frustrated over my lack of weight loss with or without this app. Hoping I can find some answers in the community.

Hi! Are you measuring your intake or 'guestimating'? I find that when I'm not getting the results I expect I have to stop estimating what I'm eating and actually measure it with cups/food scale. I also find that when I ramp up my running I"m starving. Eating a higher protein diet helps me with that, and keeps me from 'grazing' quite so much. Good luck, from a fellow runner.0

Hi Nathan - You seem to have the exercise part down, now it's time to track and log your food intake! Once you start eating at a sensible deficit (MFP will work this out for you) the weight loss will follow. Good luck0
