I love this app I love this site the main problem I have is the amount of looky-loos all they want to do is sitting your friends list read how much weight you lost read when you locked in for how many days read what you say about your diet read what you say about everything and then like like like like like like like.
What is up oh my goodness if you don't have time to say hey good job or sorry to hear that 123 words some write entire autobiography and that's okay I love all of autobiographies.
So I'm interested in Friends that will comment not just hit the like button that actually have brains that can come up with a paragraph describing what their day has been like I don't care if you say it's been one hell of a day I got upset and I ate a dozen donuts now I feel like crap but say something0 -

My rant for the morning....don't start a fight, win said fight, and then claim it was self defense. Then proceed to whine, *kitten*, piss and moan to me, bc you are locked down the same amount of time as the other guy. You started it, and he swung first. Blarg!0

I guess I'm a looky loo because I sure as hell don't leave paragraph replies to people. I'm on here for ME, I don't expect anything from anyone. My friends are busy people with families and careers and I understand they can't stop their busy life for daily, in-depth replies. If they can/do that's great, but it really doesn't matter to me.

@GreenGoddess22
That works for you, no judgment here. I on the other hand enjoy hearing more about people's successes snd struggles than a like on a excercise or weihht loss. To each their own as the said as he kissed a pig0 -

I happen to hate the long blogs as a status updates. I'll lose interest really fast. Unless you somehow intrigue me, I ain't reading all that.6 -

That's why I tend to write and share blogs when I want to go in depth on what I'm doing with my weight loss stuff. I figure it's better to do that and share the link to give people the option to read it or not.0 -

I hardly think you can complain about anyone writing a paragraph when all you've done is constructed the longest run on sentence in history of MFP.
Oh no, I thought that that was what I; was the greatest at doing!

Nope, you just straight overkill the punctuation. Perhaps if your posts and OP posts had a baby and it constructed a reply it would be spot on.
My excessive use of commas & semicolons, is so that I am able to continue the sentence; without periods, exclamation points and/or question marks & thus it's a, run on sentence!0 -
Well just keep an eye on the dangling modifiers1

There are rules for using semicolons fyi. And the irony is a lot of your sentences would actually be fine without the semicolons or commas.
It's such an odd grammar problem to have (overusing semicolons) bc most people rarely use them at all. You should consider that option. Just pluck that semicolon key right off your keyboard or something
Honestly, though. I'm not always a grammar nazi. But there's a line between a having few grammar issues and being annoyingly illiterate3 -

You have the option, to click the "Ignore" button; instead of complaining & trying/failing to change me or're you afraid that, I'll have something interesting; to say & you'll miss it?0 -

Thank you to those support the idea and not the grammar or spelling and for the narcasistic, (you might need to look that one up. Just look for your picture beside it) . Don't read it. Don't answer it and find something to do other than to lift yourself up by putting others down.0

I agree with @jenmar22 and @GnothiSeauton23. I actually do agree with many posts you've made but most of the time I skip them because they're so painful to read. And that is a shame when you're really trying to get a valid point across.
No one is trying to "change" you. No need for the dramatics. But no need to intentionally bastardize simple sentence structure either.
While I appreciate the compliment, I'd prefer that anyone that my sentence structure annoys/isn't legible for; just ignore me. I know that many, already do & that's fine. Eventually enough'll & thus I'll have no reason, to post anymore; which'll then absolve the problem altogether!1 -

Nope. Definitely not afraid of you having anything interesting to say
Thanks for the tip about the ignore button. I'd forgotten about that.2 -
It really is easy to learn decent grammar these days though w/ the internet. Just Google "How to use a semicolon?"
And it's so helpful in life...not only w/ actually having people understand you on message boards, but w/ getting jobs, making an online dating profile, writing a Christmas card to grandma that she can be proud of.2 -

I apply that etiquette, when necessary! I do have a High School Diploma, so obviously; I had to pass English!0 -

You're right. I will have to look "narcasistic" up I don't think that one's in the dictionary though...

Thank you for allowing me to be your fun bag of insults. It reminds of most of the rest of my life. It proves once more that attempting to add anything good to the general public is a waste of my time.
If you ever happen actoss another of my posts. Please feel free to keep all your negativity and self righteousness to your selves.0 -

Tbf, you did basically say that people who just hit the like button don't have brains enough to comment. That's pretty negative and started the thread in a negative way, especially since the majority of people come here to relieve pressure from their life. So having 100 friends and having to comment on everyone's post everyday? Yeah no thanks. I don't even talk to my irl friends that much.8
