I am kind of confused.... everyday my protein goal is different according MFP. can anyone explain why this is so?
Also, i am struggeling to meet my protein goal everyday. Any suggestions to help me meet it?

Not sure why your protein goal is different every day, mine's the same. Although to reach your goal or to go over you could try eating meat. Hamburgers w/out bun and cheese, chicken. I've been doing a lot of chicken breast baked, hamburgers (as plain as it sounds w/out anything on it), steaks. This usually helps me go over and there's no carbs if done the right way.0

First of all what is your fitness goal? A rule of thumb is to get a least a gram of protein per lean body mass to build muscle.0

all your macro nutrient goals (and calories) will be different if you log exercise as it accounts for that.0
