Anyone recommend resistance bands for side lying clams, monster walks, sumo walks

The resistance bands that I buy are flimsy and always end up cracking.

Anyone know of good sturdy resistance bands?

Thanks!!!

Perform Better and Rouge Fitness sell bands used by many gyms pretty reasonable.

I have these. I've used them for side lying clams and lateral walks and they worked well. I used the green one (lightest) for standing leg abductions and it snapped and flew across the room. I ended up switching to red for that exercise and have been fine. I've also used the red around my knees when doing double band hip thrusts and it works well.

If you're looking for a big band for hip thrusts, I suggest these. They are pricier but very good quality.

I'll second the recommendation for perform better. It's what we use in my gym and they hold up to a lot of abuse

thanks. I looked up Perform Better: they have a set of 4 for about $25 CND including shipping on Amazon. Worth it if they are good.

The local hardware store here sells them for $15 (set of 3) and I had to crazy glue one of them bc it had a small tear after 3 uses. So far the glue is holding up.

Slingshot hip circle. I love it.

ETA: I just got the Bforce Booty Bands too, but I haven't really played around with them yet.
