Does anyones tracker change the Calories you eat per day ? I have mine set to eat 1330 cals a day and my tracker changes it from 1330 cals to 1600 cals on Mon,Wed,Thur,Sat and Sunday and when I click on the button to remove those days it won't allow me because I don't pay for the App (premium).
Any ideas how to fix this..
Thanks

Are you logging exercise on those days? That boosts the allowable amount of calories, because MFP allows for eating back of burned calories after exercise.

If I log exercise it change my calories. If I don't log exercise it does not.
Are you logging exercise or do you have an activity tracker synced to MFP?1 -
Not logging any exercise on those days. It has me creating special days as if I pay for the app when I don't I sent trouble ticket but MFP people are slow responders.0
