30 Day Jump Rope Challenge to lose weight

Hi everyone,

For anyone that wants to join me on my weight loss journey I am
Starting the 30 day jump rope challenge from Be Inside Out on Monday (see below) Anyone want to join me?

It goes for 4 weeks and combines intervals of 30 seconds and jumping.

Ps you can participate with or without a rope or doing jumping jacks if you prefer.

    Jump roping is for cardiovascular heath, not weight loss though. A calorie deficit if for weight loss. A deficit can be achieved with both exercise and weight loss, but if you don't keep an eye on your calorie, you won't lose weight.
