Hey anybody know how to calculate breastfeeding so it can be added to my exercises. And how I can add more calories to my calorie intake because it's currently too low.

They suggest breastfeeding moms add 300-400 calories to their normal dietary need. I just googled "Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Caloric Requirements" and a calculator popped up. I suggest under "Goals" you select "Maintain Weight" and then you can go into "Calorie and Macronutrient Goals" and choose the calorie allowance that works for you0
