So 2 weeks after having my baby i jumped into c25k to get back into running (i was advised to stop when pregnant for medical reasons as i had a prem baby previously) anyway my belly was gone before i started but 2 months in i have seen no other changes and felt a bit deflated. Searching on here there is a lot of love for heavy lifting, with 2 young uns i have no time to get to a gym so was thinking of doing You are Your own Gym but i can't find much on here with before and after pics or stats from this!
So does anyone have any they want to share? I want to see changes lol sadly pregnancy sees all my weight gain go to my butt and i need to sort this!!
