Ox cheek slow and low in the oven. Or in a pressure cooker.
Whole carrots, sliced onions, whole parsnips, celery sticks, bay leaf.
A pint of beef stock half a bottle of red wine poured over the vegetable. Them place the ox cheeks placed on top.
Put the pot placed in the oven low 150 to slow cook for about three to four hours. Alternatively for 45 minutes to an hour in a pressure cooker checking that the liquid doesn't boil dry. Serve
With mash potato and some seasonal veg the liquid that's left should make an amazing gravy.
This will produce the most amazing tender slow-cooked beef ever give it a go and let me know what you think.

Lamb chop, mashed potatoes, oven roasted brussel sprouts (I'll use pork drippings instead of butter, as I have some left over from making pulled pork).0
