Height: 168 cm
Weight: 80.3 kg
Goal: 68 kg
Before Breakfast: 1 glass of milk (coast, milo, 1 spoon sugar, water)
Breakfast: 6 Roshi (floor, oil, water and salt), Curry (bread fruit, tuna, spices). Oil fish (tuna, oil, spices), Black tea (tea bag, 1 spoon sugar)
Lunch: Omelette (3eggs, carrot, cabbage, morangai leafs, slice of cheese), 1 apple.
Dinner: Rice and oil.tuna (ref up)
