Can anyone advice me on how to use the recipe builder to get each portion in grams please?
I am able to guess how many servings a recipe will produce but when I eat the food I prefer to know how many calories I'm eating by measuring in grams. I have read some threads where it has been suggested that the food be weighed after its cooked and then add it as a gram or something like that!
But I'm confused because I cannot see any option on my phone/screen to enter the weight of a portion once I've created it in the recipe builder. If I could do that I think it would be a game changer for my weight loss :-)
If anyone knows how to do this, please advice!
Thank you!

When creating your recipe start with calling the whole thing one serving and then change the serving size at the end after cooking.
Weigh the final product. For example if it weighs 100 grams change your serving to 100 servings. Now if you eat 54 grams you've had 54 servings.
An alternative is to decide you want 50 grams to be a serving for example. Then your whole recipe is 2 servings. If you eat 54 grams you've had 1.08 servings.0 -
What you have to do is weigh the pot first, 0/tare the scale, then put the all the food you cooked into the dish. Weigh it and take down that number. If you know the servings, divide that number you wrote down by the number of servings. As far as I know, there is no way to do serving sizes in grams on the recipe builder.0
