I got down to 162 February 2015. I started out at 204 in the end of 2013. I kind of gained 15 after i got half way during the summer and I've been going off track and rollercoastering up and down between 177 and 168 since the beginning of the year. I could have easily gotten back down, but I just have bouts of laziness. I need some motivation or something to help me stick to it this time. Last time I weighed myself I was 177 again. Don't want to do this anymore!
Planning on going to the gym a lot again like I used to.

We all have those moments but you shouldn't beat yourself up over it. Always remind yourself why you're doing it.
Good job on the weight loss!

It happens to so many of us! The gym is a great idea to start getting you back in the swing of things. Once I start exercising again after I've fallen off the wagon, it helps me feel so much better and makes it easier to start eating healthier too. Don't be tempted to restrict too much... Think going in that this is how you are going to live your life and not that you are "on a diet". Good luck!!0

Well for one thing, weight loss isn't so much about exercise as it is controlling your caloric intake. So if you're eating too much, you can exercise all day every day and you'll still gain weight.
It's pretty easy to fall off the wagon in the summer - I know I sure do - but the best thing to do (for me, anyway) is get back to tracking every single bite of food I have, every day, and slowly but surely the weight starts to come back off again.
And yeah, it's not necessary to beat yourself up over it. It happens. What's important is that you take responsibility for it and be proactive.

yeah teh falling off the wagon thing happens and it's sometimes hard to pull oursevels out of the rut - but once you do it and get used to going to the gym again and counting all the foods it gets easier
I just kicked myself up the *kitten* to have a good week this week because I've been on crazy bottomless pit type eating thing for the last two weeks or so. Enough!!!

Motivation is temporary. What you need is commitment.2

I personally get discouraged easily. I had at one point lost 20 lbs, but I gained it back and then some.. I think this finally woke me up, and I am determined to turn this into a habit! If you need someone to help motivate you, I love making new friends.1
