Week 5!

Week 4 has usually been my stall week. I would see some progress the numerous times I've restarted my journey and then I would regress...terribly. Tomorrow, I'm on to week 5 and SO very proud. I am in week 5 of 14 of my Couch to 10k program and weight lifting feat. All is going well and I'm on to week 5! So very proud of myself...lifestyle changes this time not smaller for_____. Stay Strong my friends!
