Hey my name is Rich and I'm 23. I've been using this app for the past 2 weeks and find it really informative about what I really eat everyday.
My goal is to lose 5-10 more lbs. I work outside and it's pretty hot and humid here, so I am always sweating. As long as I eat healthy I can watch the pounds melt away.
I like losing weight but i also want to gain muscle. But I have a hard time after work getting motivated to workout. I find it boring and not fun.
