I wonder if any one knows if mfp can add values that come from consuming vitamins? I'd like to know, or is this unrealistic considering people's absorption rate may vary?

Yes, I actually have a supplement section in my diary. Some supplements like probiotics or specific vitamins/minerals don't contain anything else like calories, but it's nice to be able to check how much of a difference it makes. I am anaemic, so I have to make sure my iron levels are much higher than the recommended dosage.0
