ok so I have been weighing everything as it goes into the pot and my own servings, so far so good, but I just came up with one issue. I cooked an entire pkg of great value whole wheat spaghetti, weighed what I was eating after it was cooked, go to enter it here and it goes by the pre cooked weight, so how do I know what to enter?? Is there something somewhere that would show me how many calories 108g of cooked pasta is??

I eyeball it. Next time cook only one portion and then weigh it after cooking.0
