Starting Over for a Better Life

I did really well a few years ago using this site. I need to start over and get fit and stronger, eat better and lose weight again. Life throws all kinds of crap at you and there is only so much you can dodge.

But It's time to make a new start again. If anyone wants company on this ride let me know.
