Shred Fat and Gain Muscle Goal

Hello everyone!! I am looking for some friends to help motivate me, as well as each other with the similar goal of shredding fat and gaining muscle. I am all up for hearing your workout routines that helps you achieve this goal and also and supplements do you use to help you out!

Like many people here, I always used to be in great shape. After a few years of not watching what I eat and not working out the weight packed on. I am not looking to diet but make a lifestyle change. I am really hoping to meet some people who have the same goals in mind as me!! Thank you everyone

    I share the same goal with you. I am looking to lose fat and build muscle... any tips would be appreciated!
  • I have started incorporating HIIT on the treadmill 3 days a week. This is great for shredding fat but keeping muscle. pretty tough workouts but only about 15-20 minutes per day, which is awesome for cardio workouts!     Losing fat= caloric deficit

    Gaining muscle= caloric surplus

    These two things CANNOT happen at the same time.

    This is why Bodybuilders use bulk and gain cycles.

    You can however lose fat which will lean you out giving you a harder look :)
