Really hope it is because it's that TOM.

I've been at it for a monte now.
Really cut on the intake ( weighting almost everithing, no more butter, no second plate) with the occasional "cheat" meal ( although i don't like the word but you know what i mean) .
Nothing's been happening for 2 weeks.
It is hard to cut on the easy thing. i don't drink alcool, cola, drink my coffee black.
No chips or cookies.
A bit more exercices than normally.
Went from 220 to 216-217 in a month.
My belly might seem a bit more "wiggly" because there is less fat in it and my cheek might seems less round, but other than that, nada. It is frustrating.
I'll keep doing that, but it would be more rewarding if thing would show more.

Watch your cheat meal. That could demolish your progress for an entire week if you're not careful. I'd skip that for a few weeks until you start losing again.
During my TOM I don't even bother weighing myself, because I can gain up to 7lbs in water weight (insane, right??) and it just gives me a mini heart attack when I step on the scale. But if you're a day or two past when it ended, the water weight it brought on should be gone, so at that point it comes down to intake.
Just took a look at your diary. It looks like most days you're over your calorie limit by at least 200, if not 500. There's your problem.1 -
Nothing showing this morning. Really hope it is brcause it is TOM.0

How's your water intake? Sodium can make you bloat and retain water weight if you don't flush it out of your system by chugging water.0

I drink plenty of water, tea and black coffee and i don't eat salty ( do not add salt to food and choose the unsalted version if possible).
