Hi guys, I'm relatively new to MFP, I've lost 1.5 stone with SW, but I was feeling sort of stuck and bored of overloading on fruit with that, so I decided to switch it up a bit by rejoining MFP and the gym, which actually I'm loving :smiley: So I've been tracking religiously for almost 3 weeks now and I'm enjoying it, would like to lose another 1.5 stone, it's lovely to see so many inspiring people on here, have no idea how you add friends, but feel free to add me if you're in a similar position :smile:

    I switched to MFP from Weight Watchers and I've never looked back! It's great being able to eat whatever you want! I felt SW & WW are too restrictive for me. Having said that, you've done so well already. You'll have no problem reaching your goals! Good luck.
