                    Hello. I am happy to have found a community of swolemates! I lift weights mostly and had an intense session this summer then my husband came back from deployment and we want to get in sync since we have been slacking and losing gains. My goal is to love my body. Any one have insight or recommendations from workouts to recipes please let me know.
